TIGHITCOTM, Inc. is an industry leader in the design, fabrication, and assembly of engineered components for aerospace and industrial applications. TIGHITCO is comprised of three divisions – Aerostructures, Insulation Products, and Overhaul Support Services, supported by six facilities located throughout North America. TIGHITCO’s Chihuahua facility produces aluminum sheet metal parts, including hydroformed components, as well as light machining of plates and extrusions. As a value added, this facility can perform chemical, thermal, and painting processes. A full team of engineers along with a company focused on customer service helps us stand apart from the competition.

We support important aerospace OEMs as well as TIGHITCO’s Insulation Products Group (IPG) facilities. Everything produced follows the highest OEM and military standards. The Chihuahua facility produces sheet metal components to be incorporated in the various applications, and as a key partner in low-cost manufacturing.
