Mark has over 35 years of Aerospace experience spanning executive level roles as well as manufacturing, engineering, and operational excellence.  Prior to Joining TIGHITCO, he held senior level roles within Cessna Aircraft Company, leading greenfield operations while living in Chihuahua Mexico, and leading the integration of the Columbia Aircraft acquisition in Bend,Oregon.  As P&L leader for Unitech Aerospace, he oversaw an impressive turnaround. Withrow most recently held executive level roles at Kaman Aerospace, completing a multi-year turnaround of their aerospace composites businesses, and was board member for the Kineco/Kaman Ltd. JV, in Goa India. Mark is a United States Air Force veteran, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Aeronautics obtained from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and completed Textron’s Executive Leadership Development Series through MSU/OSU/UT. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic and has a private pilot license with multiple ratings.

Matt has over 20 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industries, working in various leadership positions, including Manager of Programs, Quality Manager, and Director of Contracts and Compliance. Prior to joining TIGHITCO, Matt spent over a decade at Kaman Aerospace with multisite responsibility for contract administration and compliance. Prior to joining Kaman, Matt worked at Goodrich Cabin Systems leading the Quality Control team from 2004 to 2011. Matt holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Science in Welding Technology from Butler Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University. He has attained several professional certifications including being a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Michael Hollinger, our Global Vice President of Supply Chain, has over 20 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industries, holding various leadership positions of increasing responsibilities. Prior to joining TIGHITCO, he served as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Kaman Composites US overseeing their US divisions with a focus on complete supply chain in tactical and strategic efforts.  Prior to joining Kaman, Michael led supply chain efforts at Aero Precision, a leading wholesaler in the aftermarket segment with a primary focus on strategic supply chain, vendor management, along with contracts and warehouse management. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, a Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Professional Supply Manager (CPSM), and a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).

Shawn has over 35 years of management and leadership experience including more than 25 years in aerospace leadership with an emphasis on Lean, 6-Sigma, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing and Engineering. Shawn has a history of breakthrough performance leading P&L’s, driving best in industry improvements with a unique skillset in building teams and developing people. Prior to joining TIGHITCO, Shawn held senior leadership roles within Cessna Aircraft Company leading Aircraft Completions and Customer Delivery, multiple aircraft assembly lines, as well as metal bond and sheet metal factories. As the Integrated Supply Chain leader for Zodiac Seats U.S., he directed an impressive turnaround in delivery and quality through Lean disciplines. Shawn recently held executive leadership roles at Kaman Aerospace in Kansas and Vermont delivering P&L improvements in both locations. Shawn earned an MBA from Newman University, and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University. He also earned a Textron 6-Sigma Black Belt and has a proven history of performance improvements through creative Lean fundamentals, including winning the Global Textron Chairman’s Award for Innovation.

Prior to joining TIGHITCO in 2001, Humberto led or participated in the leadership of three manufacturing startups in Mexico, including two in the aerospace industry with Nadcap and AS9100 certifications. He has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry and his signature is in the incorporation bylaws of the Mexican Federation of the Aerospace Industry association (FEMIA). At FEMIA, he served as Vice President and Treasurer. Currently Humberto is an active Member of the Board. He has an MBA from Monterrey Tech in Mexico and other degrees from universities in Germany, Canada and Japan. Humberto is also able to speak German, English, Spanish, Japanese and Portuguese.
