Kenneth P. Rusterholz

President and CEO

Ken is a dynamic professional with 35 years of experience in the aerospace industry. His career includes leaderships roles with companies such as B/E Aerospace, Unitech and Textron. As president and CEO he provides direction for our strategic path to operational excellence and a superior customer experience. After receiving a BS in Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and serving 12 years in the Navy Reserves, he went on to earn his MBA from the University of New Haven. He also holds numerous certificates in executive education, operational excellence and Lean Manufacturing.

Amy Faine, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Vice President of Human Resources

Amy joined TIGHITCO in 2009. As the Vice President of Human Resources, she is responsible for the direction of the Human Resources team, with responsibility for leading the HR strategy and execution within the organization. Amy is a seasoned business professional with over 20 years of in-depth experience. With a diverse background of HR leadership and management, she has worked within a variety of industries including education, public relations, legal and international manufacturing. Amy holds an Associates of Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Kentucky University, as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree.

Nedra Erysthee

Vice President Finance

As Vice President Finance, Nedra works closely with the executive leadership team to execute and achieve strategic initiatives. Sshe joined TIGHITCO in August 2018 as the Financial Controller for the Charleston, SC facility and was promoted to Regional Controller for the AeroStructures Division in June 2019. This is where she led the Finance function and worked closely with operational leadership to achieve business objectives.  Nedra is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has over 15 years of audit and accounting experience.  Prior to joining TIGHITCO, she served as VP, Business Risks & Controls Manager for Citigroup/Citibank N.A. and VP, Audit Manager for Truist (formerly SunTrust) where she was recognized for her contributions, earning the organization’s prestigious Performance in Excellence (PEA) Award.  Nedra is a University of Michigan Alum, earning a BBA in Accounting and also holds an MBA from Strayer University, with an additional focus in Forensic Accounting. 

Tawne Castorina

Chief Technical Fellow – Aerostructures Division

Tawne joined TIGHITCO, Inc. in July of 2005 as Engineering Manager. He was promoted to the position of Vice President of Engineering in 2009, and then to the position of Vice President and General Manger in 2012. His career includes roles at Indy Honeycomb, Bonded Technology and Lunn Industries. Tawne received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Jonna Palmer

Marketing Manager

With over 25 years of experience, Jonna is accountable for conceiving and executing marketing strategies and tactics that drive growth. Prior to joining TIGHITCO, she lead the account strategist team at No Joke Marketing, focusing on brands in childcare, financial services, specialty foods and CBD. Jonna previously worked for original equipment manufacturers, including Trane Air Conditioning, in growing market share and developing digital strategies. She focused on developing marketing programs for entrepreneurs while leading the marketing team at Advantage Media Group/ForbesBooks. Palmer holds a B.A. in Communications from Louisiana State University.

DaShon Williams

Controller/Senior Manager – Corporate Accounting

DaShon has been part of the TIGHITCO team for 2.5 years. He has 10 years of finance, accounting, and auditing experience. This includes five years in public accounting where he worked in the public and private sectors for clients in the manufacturing, aviation, and various other industries. DaShon brings years of accounting research, technical guidance, as well as SEC and statutory reporting experience to the team. He earned both his BS in Business Administration and Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Terrence M. Maher

Vice President & General Manager, AeroStructures Division

Terry comes to TIGHITCO with a broad range of experience from Leonardo DRS Naval Power Systems, Lockheed Martin Corporation, and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation where he was Chief Procurement Officer for Commercial Programs and Components. His experience operating procedures, program dynamics, and customer relationships compliments our growth strategies. Terry received his BS in Management from Fairfield University then went on to obtain his MBA and Masters in Management from Albertus Magnus College.

Mark E. Harris

Vice President & General Manager, Charleston

Mark comes to TIGHITCO following a 25-year career in the U.S. Air Force.  In his most recent role, he commanded the 437th Maintenance Group at Joint Base Charleston.  In that capacity, he led 1,600 people and managed the world’s largest fleet of C-17 aircraft supporting worldwide operations. He brings a wealth of leadership experience with an in-depth background in all aspects of aircraft production, logistics and sustainment having directed flight line and heavy maintenance operations on 14 different airframes.  Additionally, he has overseen repair and overhaul processes that included advanced composite and stealth technologies, and directed the complete rebuild of crash damaged fourth generation fighter aircraft.  He has served multiple times in the Pentagon, where he was responsible for the oversight of strategic planning and legislative affairs.  Mark holds Master’s Degrees in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, Human Resource Management from Webster University and Military Operational Arts and Sciences from Air University.

Brett Gillespie

Vice President and General Manager

Brett is one of our favorite TIGHITCO stories. After graduating high school, he started working for TIGHITCO as a technician. From there he worked in production, customer support and operations before being named VP in 2019. He celebrated 20 years with the company in 2020. As the leader at OSS, he oversees daily business operations including evaluating production, quality and delivery.

Humberto Santiago

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer MX (Chihuahua and San Luis Potosi, Mexico )

Prior to joining TIGHITCO in 2001, Humberto led or participated in the leadership of three manufacturing startups in Mexico, including two in the aerospace industry with Nadcap and AS9100 certifications. He has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry and his signature is in the incorporation bylaws of the Mexican Federation of the Aerospace Industry association (FEMIA). At FEMIA, he served as Vice President and Treasurer. Currently Humberto is an active Member of the Board. He has an MBA from Monterrey Tech in Mexico and other degrees from universities in Germany, Canada and Japan. Humberto is also able to speak German, English, Spanish, Japanese and Portuguese.

Chris Radcliffe

Vice-President and General Manager Insulated Products Atlanta, GA

Chris has over 26 years of industry experience and joined TIGHITCO in 1995 advancing in the company through management positions such as Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Plant Manager, and Vice President of Technical Operations.  Chris has been key for advancing the product and tool design functions along with advancing innovation and technology through automation using CNC laser cutting and robotic welding production operations.  Additionally, he has created formal ERP process standards in key areas to ensure consistency and data integrity.  Prior to joining TIGHITCO, Chris worked in a variety of roles for Westinghouse Savannah River Company supporting nuclear materials production operations in the areas of equipment productive maintenance and spare parts for the Department of Energy.  Chris holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Augusta State University.

Esther Altamirano

General Manager - San Luis Potosi, MX

Victor Prieto

General Manager – Sheet Metal/Fabrication - Chihuahua, MX

After working in project management, production control and customer services positions, Victor joined TIGHITCO in 2008 as a Quality Manager. In 2011, he was promoted to General Manager. In the Chihuahua facility, Victor is leading the organization to ensure effective utilization of human and material resources, with the firm objective of customer service and satisfaction. He received his degree as an Electronics Engineer, Digital Systems from the. Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua. He and stays involved with the Chihuahua Migrants Friend Group and plays three musical instruments.
