TIGHITCO Inc. acknowledges that certain products, technical data, and products it manufactures, exports, or handles may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), administered by the U.S. Department of State under 22 CFR Parts 120-130. TIGHITCO Inc. is committed to full compliance with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including ITAR. As such:
- TIGHITCO Inc. ensures that ITAR-controlled technical data, hardware, and services are properly identified and protected.
- ITAR-controlled information will be accessed or disclosed only to U.S. Persons, as defined by ITAR, unless prior written approval or export authorization is obtained from the U.S. Department of State.
- The company maintains policies, procedures, and security measures to control the access, transfer, and storage of ITAR-controlled materials and technical data.
- All employees, contractors, and visitors with potential access to ITAR-controlled items receive appropriate training and agree to comply with ITAR regulations.
Any violation of ITAR regulations is grounds for immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual agreements, and will be reported as required to the appropriate U.S. government authorities.
